Give your child the opportunity to experience secondary school learning through our exciting Grade 4 Masterclasses at Camberwell High School.
Designed especially for curious and creative primary school students, our free masterclasses provide a fun and engaging introduction to specialist learning areas while helping students build confidence in a secondary school environment. Led by passionate teachers in our outstanding learning spaces, each session encourages students to explore new ideas, develop skills and connect with like-minded peers.
From science experiments and game development to music, drama, sport and mathematics, there is something to inspire every learner.
Sessions run from 9.15am – 11.00am

Mid Year Music Concert
Join us for an evening of music as our talented student musicians take to the stage for the CHS Mid-Year Music Concert at Hawthorn Town Hall.
From students performing in their first ensemble to our most experienced senior musicians, this concert showcases the depth, growth and diversity of the College’s music program. Across two performances, audiences will enjoy a wide range of repertoire performed by concert bands, string ensembles and stage bands, highlighting the dedication, creativity and collaboration of our students.
The first half of the evening celebrates our junior ensembles as they build confidence and performance experience, culminating in a special guest appearance from the Wind Ensemble. The second half features our senior ensembles, showcasing the high level of musicianship developed through years of commitment and participation in the CHS music program.
Whether you’re a current family member, prospective student, alumni or music enthusiast, this is a wonderful opportunity to support our young performers and experience the vibrant culture of music at CHS.
